My hips don't lie, they hurt


Transitioning into a healthier lifestyle.

Running in this heat this week has been a bitch err, I mean a pain in the ass, no.. it's been.. it's been difficult.  Why did I decide summer would be the best time to get back into running?  Because I don't think things through, that's why.
Its been a struggle.


Running is my therapy and the only way I know to get myself from over analyzing my life.  But I've always had some problems with my hips when I get back into running.  So to counter that, I've been doing some youtube yoga.
And you know what?  It's actually been helping.
This is a total shock coming from a yoga skeptic.

Now, I actually understand why people like this yoga-stuff


I sure have been digging' this summer so far:
Morning runs by the riverfront
jamming out with the windows down while chugging water on the drive home
yoga in my living room
quick rinse off in the shower
fresh fruit and veggies and more WATER
Arting to some Matt Corby
Time for Werk werk werk.

Speaking of, I need to hop-to and start looking presentable.
